Group morning teas
Groups are always welcome at the maze, whether it be a school holiday vacation care group, school excursion, club or retirement village outing. Most people always go through the maze during their visit, but some seniors groups just love coming in for morning tea and they are always most welcome.
We offer special prices for pre-arranged group morning teas.
$5.50 per person – plain scone with jam and cream plus a cup of tea or coffee
$4.50 per person – a slice of carrot cake (or mud cake) plus a cup of tea or coffee
$3.50 per person – a large chocolate chip biscuit plus a cup of tea or coffee
Please book in advance for group morning or afternoon teas. Our tea house seats 28 people comfortably, however up to 35 people can fit in by pre arrangement.
School excursions
Groups of children just love the maze! The younger ones are always very excited. Teenagers really enjoy the maze and it has proven to be a very popular Year 12 maths excursion. The challenge of the maze and the brain teasing puzzles are most popular with mathematicians.
Discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more and there is no charge for the teachers. Please contact us for more details.
Night mazes
How about a Night Maze?
Try something different for your next social group outing.
A Night Maze adds a whole new dimension to the term, “Get Lost”. You and your friends can have the maze all to yourselves, at night! Bring torches, or have the lights turned on over the top of the maze. It’s even more fun to have the lights on for 5 minutes and then turned off, then listen to the screams!! Of excitement that is…..and the laughs!!
Hire our gas BBQ, bring kebabs or sausages and make a night of it, or just sit back in the tea house and order coffee, carrot cake, ice creams and cold drinks, the maze gets hot - even at night!
Minimum of 20 people, $12 per person, maximum booking time of 1½ hours. Bookings essential.
